About Us

Our founder and owner, Carolyn, formed New Hope after years of “believing” she couldn’t do this. She decided to take herself to college, while staying home with her adopted boys. She finished her psychology degree at Northwest University, and went on to pursue her graduate degrees in counseling.

But something was missing. Carolyn has an immense love for the Lord, but she was being told over and over again that she couldn’t mention the name of Jesus in her sessions. So, she sought another way. You see, Jesus is at the root of healing, the creator of true Joy, and our Lord is the only one who can truly love unconditionally. Knowing the approach she wanted to take, she knew it had to include Christ and His Word.

New Hope Wellness Counseling was born. But that wasn’t all! She wanted to give more to others, but couldn’t do it alone. She wanted to offer services that supported the whole person, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.

New Hope Wellness Counseling became New Hope Wellness Center, and cannot wait to help you thrive in every area of your life!

We offer a holistic approach to wellness. We encourage medicinal intervention, if needed, but feel that the heart of the problem is just that…in our hearts. And it matters.

At New Hope, we want you to feel safe, hopeful, and without a doubt, secure in being able to share. You don’t have to know Jesus to come to New Hope, but we hope that during your time with us, you feel an abundant amount of safety and love, a sense of belonging, and are able to leave us with an assurance of your beautiful life!

You will be responsible for doing the work, but we will walk alongside you the whole way!

HOPE, is the anchor for the soul. (Hebrews 6:19)
